Increasingly, a critical environment or tightened regulations is the starting point for innovation. Today we face challenges in this field, such as installation speed, urban areas sensitive to vibrations, noise pollution and energy consumption. Our ambition is to develop reliable solutions for all these issues.
Data Monitoring
We provide customers with a data logging and monitoring system for power packs. This feature is available for new equipment as for existing power packs as an aftermarket version. Many operational motor management data can be logged helping to predict and plan maintenance, and e.g. to calculate emissions. This system also gives remote access to help with remote assistance.
This system will help you monitor all movements and deploy of power packs. Realtime hosting, information through web portal (by pc, tablet or smartphone).

The following parameters are able to be monitored:
- Geographical position
- Power Pack ignition [on/off
- Power Pack in operation [yes/no]
- Engine fuel consumption [L/h]
- Total fuel consumption [L]
- Engine total hours [hr]
- Total pump flow [%]
- Engine load [%]
- Operating pressure [bar]
- Lube oil temperature [°C]Hydraulic oil temperature [°C]
Sound Mitigation
The construction market requires solutions for noise nuisance in the city and on the construction site. Noise no longer has to be an issue during sheet pile installation. Dieseko has focused on equipment sound sources for the development of sound reducing solutions.
Acoustic Louvres for Power Pack
The first sound source is the Power Pack, for which specially prepared acoustic louvres have been developed that can damp the noise up to -9 dB. The sound is muted by smart geometry and rock wool. A simple and efficient way to reduce the volume of noise by more than 70%.

Sound mitigation during Vibro-installation
Another sound source is the pile or casing during vibro-installation. With a newly developed mobile noise barrier frame around the profile, mounted to the Vibratory Hammer, the environment can be protected against noise pollution by lowering and raising foldable panels. The damping value is -/-7.5 dB at 1 meter distance, which means a noise reduction of approximately 80%.
Double Cutter Dredging Pump
This Double Cutter head dredging pump is designed to empty large diameter tubes. Due to the double head this cutter can be used free hanging in a wire crane, which is impossible with a single head cutter.
This set-up is the only free-hanging tool on the market that can both cut and pump simultaneously. In addition, the double cutter is also equipped with water jet nozzles in and around the rotating heads to keep them free of clay.
Available on the Bell 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, and 400 dredge pumps.

New Bell Cutter Dredger
We would like to introduce the new 250-M Cutter Dredger of Bell Dredging Pumps, also a member of Dieseko Group. Dredging equipment is a perfect addition to our range of foundation machines in nearshore projects. 2020 has already proven to be a very successful year for Bell and especially so for their dredgers.
This Bell Cutter Dredger 250 will be commissioned in the Czech Republic by the end of June. It has a new design which makes it a multifunctional dredger because it can work with a cutter head, a sand head and a double cutter head at both 9 and 15 meters deep.
Furthermore, a fully electric Bell A-frame Dredger 250 is already under construction for delivery in September.
In addition to this Bell has also put one Bell Cutter Dredger 300 into their rental fleet, which has secured it’s first half-year rental job in the Middle-East right away.

Zero Vibrations with Resonator
Our newest game-changing innovation is PVE resonance technology introduced in 2016. As a zero vibration, sonic-frequency foundation machine, the Resonator heralds a whole new era for piling in the city and in sensitive areas. PVE with its partners is continuously improving this technology and, the world’s biggest Resonator ever was introduced, the PVE RD430, at Bauma 2019
The resonator operates without eccentric masses, starts without traditional ‘run up and run down’ vibration and is suitable for even the smallest pile sizes. And an additional sustainable new application for sensitive areas is the combination of a soil-displacing drilling technique and the resonator.

Side Gripper
Dieseko Group’s engineers developed a simple, rigid and extremely reliable Side Gripper. To achieve this, Dieseko performed an extensive study on existing Side Grippers, as well as talking to a number of operators to understand their challenges. As a result, this Side Gripper is a unique product in the market in terms of construction and geometry..

PVE 90VM
The PVE 90VM is our most powerful vibro-solution for projects where excessive ground vibrations during start-up and shut-down must be limited to almost zero. To meet the market for ever-larger foundation elements and due to increasingly strict regulations for vibration-sensitive areas, Dieseko developed this enormous vibratory hammer: it generates 4,477 kN of centrifugal force at a (high) frequency of 2.130 rpm.
