The Woltman 55PR-FF pile driving rig with PVE 5/7NL impact hammer is a compact, self-erecting, versatile, high production driven pile rig which has a sliding brace (‘spotter’) with a stroke of 1.500m for accurate spotting on pile position. The highest quality Zollern free-fall winches ensure the hammer safely follows the pile whilst driving. Also, the counterweight can be hydraulically extended 1.250m, and has been fitted with 2 x outriggers, which with the help of the leader (when based on the ground) can lift the machine off the ground and the undercarriage can be freely rotated 360-degrees, ensuring versatility; good access; minimal ground disturbance; and easy loading / unloading.
